Justin Luchinski

Justin Luchinski began his early music career in Montréal while completing Bachelor’s and Master of Music degrees at McGill University, where he worked as a rehearsal keyboardist for Opera McGill’s baroque opera productions and performed extensively in concerts, recording projects, the Montréal Baroque Festival, and on tour with Les Méandres, including a cross-Canada tour. Since returning to Calgary in 2020, he has performed regularly with the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra and collaborated with organizations including the National Music Centre, CBC, Early Music Voices, String Theory Music Collective, Rosa Barocca, and Luminous Voices. He is also active at the University of Calgary as a historical keyboard coach and harpsichord technician. Deeply committed to early music education and outreach, Justin leads the creation of free educational concerts in partnership with the Calgary Public Library and serves as Co-Artistic Director of the Chamber Muse Historical Music Society of Calgary.
