Katherine Duncan

Katherine Duncan’s passion for music inspires her at work and at play.

A classically trained flutist, arts administrator, radio host, and producer, Katherine takes pride in the many artists whose work she has helped discover and share with CBC Radio listeners on programs such as In Concert, Choral Concert, InTune, and Key of A. An ardent choral singer, Katherine spent over a decade as a member of Calgary’s Spiritus Chamber Choir, and now finds a musical home as part of Vancouver’s beloved Elektra.

She is honoured to return to Calgary as interviewer and host for this year’s Honens International Piano Competition.
