It Takes Three: Salon to Hollywood
with Jon Kimura Parker
and Duo Karolina Mikołajczyk & Iwo Jedynecki
This evocative program brings together three performers and three distinct musical worlds in one rich journey—from the intimate charm of 19th-century salons to the fiery pulse of summer, and finally, to the shimmering glow of Hollywood.
The first act features lyrical and expressive works by Chopin, Brahms, Franck, Saint-Saëns, Gounod, and Piazzolla—Romantic duos and trios that highlight the unique chemistry between violin, piano, and accordion. After intermission, the program turns to sun-soaked inspirations and tango rhythms, with summer-themed works by Vivaldi and Piazzolla. The evening concludes with cinematic flair through Graciane Finzi’s Impression Tango and Wojciech Kostrzewa’s Hollywood Fantasy.
A concert of colour, character, and storytelling—where music moves effortlessly across time, style, and stage.
