Arriving to a new country as a newcomer holds a host of challenges, preventing many experienced musicians and music teachers from using their skills and talents.
Keys for Newcomers is designed to close that gap by helping experienced piano teachers establish themselves in Canada. Through your association with Honens and our partners, you will be provided rent free space to conduct private or group lessons, an upright piano or electronic keyboard, if needed, seminars on the Canadian systems of piano instruction, and a same-language student referral program.
