A native of St Petersburg, Russia, Georgy Tchaidze began music studies at age 7. He now studies at the Moscow State Conservatory with Pavel Sersessian and Sergey Dorensky. Tchaidze’s performances of Rachmaninov Etudes-Tableaux and Preludes have been broadcast on Russian national radio. He frequently appears across Russia in recital and in performance with chamber ensembles. Earlier this year, Tchaidze appeared on the summer concert series of The International Holland Music Sessions. He loves the films of Jean-Luc Godard, and is interested in directing.
