Pianists of all nationalities, aged 20 to 30 on first day of the Competition Quarterfinals, are eligible for the Honens International Piano Competition. Laureates of previous Honens International Piano Competitions are ineligible.

Applications for the Seventh Honens International Piano Competition will be posted at honens.com in January 2011.  The dates of the 2012 Competition will be announced on November 6 2009 at the Sixth Competition’s Awards Ceremony.
